Genesis

The Gospel of Genesis introduces us to God's plan for salvation from the very beginning. It tells of God's creation of a perfect world, the sin and fall of humanity, and God's promise of redemption through Abraham's lineage. It highlights the faith of noteworthy figures such as Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as well as the covenant between God and His people. Ultimately, Genesis displays God's faithfulness and the hope of salvation through Abraham's descendants, as revealed in the life of Joseph and the birth of Israel. It concludes with Jacob's son Joseph leading his family into a new land, foreshadowing the eventual migration of God's people to the Promised Land. Throughout, Genesis serves as a foundation for understanding God's plan for salvation and the unfolding of His covenant with His people.
